Job description
Provide installation and commissioning service for customers
- To provide installation and commissioning to customers when compressor
equipment is delivered.
- To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
Provide maintenance and repair service for customers
- Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor
equipments.
- To contact with customers to identify difficult problems and provide total
solutions.
- To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
- To instruct and guide new engineers in the course of their work to ensure
they abide by the correct working methods, procedures and technical
specifications/instructions.
- To reduce maintenance costs and to improve equipment performance
