Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering (mechanical or electronic). 3. Able to read and understand the quality system audit checklist in English and complete the audit report in English. 4. Integrity, adherence to principles, responsibility, team work spirit, engineering analysis ability, 5. Proactive, with strong oral and written expression skills and interpersonal coordination skills. 6. It is better to be able participate in English conference call.7. Understand ISO14000 environmental management system and corporate social responsibility. 崗位職責： 1、在供應商處駐廠，對供應商的產線進行日?；?。 2，制定物料的檢驗規(guī)范，為IQC提供培訓 3，供應商前期質量控制策劃的確認，供應商的定期的評估及稽核，關鍵物料需要對供應商做相應的輔導 4，能獨立處理異常，并做主導分析，及推動供應商做原因分析及采取措施。 5，確保新物料做樣品承認和測試，然后簽樣品和承認書。 6，對下游材料供應商進行質量體系審核。 崗位要求： 1.有8年及以上SQE工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉塑膠成型，五金沖壓、機加工、PCB生產、SMT、插件波峰焊、電鍍、壓鑄、焊接、噴涂、組裝其中3-5個生產工藝和質量控制要求。 2.本科學歷及以上，理工科相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)(機械或電子)。 3.能看懂英文質量體系審核清單、能使用英文完成審核報告。 4.誠信正直，堅持原則，有責任心，有團隊合作精神，有工程分析能力， 5. 積極主動，有較強的口頭及書面的表達能力和處理人際關系的協(xié)調能力。 6，最好能參加英語電話會議。 7、了解ISO14000環(huán)境管理體系和CSR企業(yè)社會責任。
